• Action Coupling's new light weight, heavy-duty 2-1/2" NH Female X NH Male gate valve is made from 6061-T6 extruded aluminum.
• This valve is machined from solid billet aluminum (not cast).
• This valve offers excellent shutoff control directly off the hydrant or other water source.
• The unique design gates the water so that the valve body is not pressurized while the valve is closed.
• The non-rising spindle with full 2-1/2" waterway flow allows for complete range from open to closed in 11 revolutions.
• The surface finish is a Black Hard Anodized Type III Class 2 process that will provide years of protection.
• The extruded body and design allows for easy rebuild and maintenance of internal parts.
• Available in special threads.
