Husky Self Supporting Portable Tank
Husky Self-Supporting Water Tanks, also called onion tanks or pumpkin tanks, are the perfect solution when storage and manpower are a concern. One man set-up frees up personnel, and because these tanks are frameless, there is no assembly required and they are easy to transport and store. They are also designed to work better on slopes than any other open top tank on the market. Husky offers both low and high side models.
Husky Onion Tanks are also ideal for use in forest fire operations. The high side models are used for bucket dipping and snorkeling operations. The US Forest Service has trusted Husky Portable Containment water tanks for over ten years.
Most common sizes of our low side, self-supporting frameless water tanks can be quickly deployed and filled by one person. Husky ® Pumpkin Tanks may also be utilized as a dump tank in water shuttle operations. The heavy-duty foam collar will rise as the water level increases.
Husky Self-Supporting Water Tanks include our exclusive "Easy Lift Handles" making Husky the easiest to handle water tanks on the market.

- The LE Tank is built as a standard folding frame tank that can be transformed into a narrower tank.
- Our newly-designed frame allows you to take any size folding frame tank and partially fold one side creating a narrower tank that gives more options for set-up including back roads, which will allow traffic to pass without driving in the ditch.
- The good news is there is no assembly! It works just like a standard folding frame tank, but folds one more time.
- If you do not need the narrow-style tank, keep it as a full-size folding frame tank.
- You get the best of both tanks in one easy-to-use tank.
- Our standard fold-down dimension is 8" wide, our Skinny Tank width, but we can create the tank to fold down to any dimension desired, just let us know!
- Husky folding frame tanks are available with the drain tubes mounted for inside or outside use.
- Standard tanks come with the drain tube mounted on the outside.
- If you would like your tank built with the drain tube on the inside, just let us know, and we will accommodate at no charge.
- 500 to 2100 Gallon tanks come standard with (1) outside drain sleeve
- 2500-5000 Gallon tanks come standard with (2) outside drain sleeves
